Added more features and doing SEO of www.hsmc.ae
I have worked on www.hsmc.ae, the official website for Harley Street Medical Centre, focusing on a full revamp of the WordPress design and implementation of advanced SEO strategies. The project also included the integration of a bilingual setup, adding Arabic translation using WPML to serve a wider audience in the UAE.
Website Design Features:
- Added features to make it using a clean, used medical-themed layout for a more professional and user-friendly experience
- Optimized it for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Integrated key features such as appointment booking, doctor profiles, service pages, and testimonials
- Ensured fast loading times by optimizing media, code, and server-side performance
SEO Optimization:
- Conducted comprehensive keyword research focused on healthcare-related terms in the UAE market
- Optimized all meta titles, descriptions, H1–H3 headings, and image alt tags
- Implemented schema markup for local business, medical services, and doctor profiles
- Improved internal linking, page structure, and navigation for better crawlability
- Created and submitted XML sitemaps and connected the site to Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Monitoringsite performance and search rankings to ensure continued improvement
Arabic Translation via WPML:
- Translated all key pages, menus, and widgets to maintain a consistent user experience across both languages
- Ensured RTL (right-to-left) layout compatibility for Arabic content
- Set up language switcher and configured SEO settings for translated content
